"VIBE" CAMPAIGN
According to the 2024 Roseau County Student Survey, most Roseau County high school students would rather not use drugs or alcohol when hanging out with friends. We put that message to use in our latest campaign. Look for these videos on Instagram, Snapchat and more and help us spread the word.
