To help me be successful at being caring and supportive to others, I will:
____ Think of someone I care about and tell them I am here for them if they want to talk
____ Reach out to someone I haven’t seen in a while and let them know I care about them
____ Make one phone call per day to someone instead of texting them
____ Watch for others who might feel left out and invite them to join me or my group
____ Try to let the other person talk more than I do and really listen to what they are telling me
____ Tell someone my plan, and have them help me stay accountable
